The equipment is the latest laser cladding product independently developed by our company. Based on the three-axis machine tool structure, it is equipped with high-power fiber / semiconductor laser. Relying on the operation of the machine tool and with the laser cladding head system, it realizes the common cladding and high-speed cladding process of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating, with the characteristics of high efficiency, low power consumption and high cost performance. Mainly for the cladding processing of small and medium-sized shaft parts, the integrated structure design is convenient for transportation and installation.
